So, naturally, I begin the weekend by skipping my last class and sprinting through the Modern Warfare 3 campaign on Veteran. Disclaimer: I have a test in that class on Monday and I do not advise skipping class for any reason ever.
I will start with Skyrim. There are fewer, easier to remember, and yeah. I love Skyrim. Anyways, here they are:
- Darkness Returns - 10G - Completed "The Darkness Returns" quest; part of the Thieves Guild.
- One With the Shadows - 30G - Returned the Thieves Guild to their former glory. Let me tell you, this is worth it. Anything you need to buy can be found in the Ragged Flagon now.
- Elder Knowledge - 20G - Completed "Elder Knowledge." Part of the main storyline.
- The Fallen - 20G - Completed "The Fallen." Don't remember this one.
- Dragonslayer - 20G - Completed "Dragonslayer." I completed the main story. I won't spoil it any possible readers.
So its been hard to get onto Skyrim lately, because I went and rejoined my old clan that I helped form. When I left it about two years ago, it was struggling for members and was on the verge of disbanding. Well, now they're at 1800 members, but they need some work. So I'm trying to get this group back on its feet and dominating the leaderboards once again. Skyrim has taken a backseat.
Seeing as how my clan primarily plays Modern Warfare 3 and Halo: Reach, I've been playing a lot of MW3 online. Honestly about 3 hours per day. No life, I know. But I'm only about to Prestige for the second time, so you can deal with the facts. And no, I don't suck. My K/D is an impressive 1.4, W/L is almost 1.5, and my accuracy is just over 28.00%.
But I've also been playing campaign! Here's the recent rundown:
- Brag Rags - 10G - I earned 1 star in SpecOps. Whoohoo.
- Defense Spending - 20G - I managed to buy everything in the little grenade box thing. The last item is unlocked at level 37, so it really isn't too difficult.
- 50/50 - 20G - This is earned by finishing a SpecOps mission with the same amount of kills as your teammate. Simple, but hard at the same time.
- No Assistance Required - 20G - Finish a SpecOps mission on Hardened/Veteran without either player going down or dying. Simple, just do the right levels.
- Who Dares Wins - 40G - Complete the campaign on any difficulty. So it took me awhile to complete the campaign, because just like all 12 year old boys in this country, I was mesmerized by the online multiplayer and the new Survival mode.
- This is My Boomstick - 20G - Killed 30 enemies with the XM-25 in "Black Tuesday." Simple enough, because they reload you about four times, and I did it on Veteran because I forgot on Normal.
- The Big Apple - 25G - Completed "Black Tuesday" and "Hunter Killer" on Veteran difficulty.
- What Goes Up... - 20G - Destroyed all helicopters in "Persona Non Grata" with only the UGV's grenade launcher. Also did this on Veteran, kinda harder that way.
- Flight Attendant - 20G - Killed all 5 enemies during the zero-G sequence on "Turbulence." Easy enough, but its strange enough to miss it if you're no careful.
- Out of the Frying Pan... - 25G - Completed "Persona Non Grata," "Turbulence," and "Back on the Grid" on veteran.
- Strike! - 20G - Killed 5 enemies with one grenade on campaign or SpecOps. I did this during the sandstorm on "Return to Sender." At one point, 5 enemies fall out of a truck to search for your pilot. I just cooked a nade and tossed it right in the middle of them.
- Payback - 25G - Complete "Mind the Gap," "Goalpost," and "Return to Sender" on Veteran difficulty.
So I finish this week sitting at a grand total of 44420G. According to XboxAmerica, of all the ranked users in Minnesota, I'm sitting tight at 138th in my state. Not bad, I think.
Anyways, my noodles are done. After that I'm off to an apartment showing then to work for the night. Catch you all later, audience.
